Klover Architects has completed numerous Border's locations nationally for the popular bookseller. Our responsibilities include site investigation, permitting, and construction documentation services that go hand-in-hand with a tenant finish scope of work. Recently, we have performed architectural services for Seattle's Best Coffee locations within Border's stores.

Having worked with Helzberg Diamonds for over 25 years, Klover Architects has completed hundreds of stores across the country for the Kansas City based fine jeweler. We have been involved in all facets of design and implementation at different times, from prototype design and development, completion of site-specific drawings and construction administration.

Adapted a prototype design to comply with the centers material and design requirements, while maintaining La-Z-Boy’s identity. We were responsible for all documentation, permitting and construction administration.

Nell Hill's at Briarcliff Village was designed using a Tuscan vocabulary, as was the rest of the unique center. Sitting along the perimeter of the steeply sloping site, Nell Hills engages the decorative retaining wall, which allows truck access and service functions to be screened and separated from customer access points. The very popular up-scale home accessories retailer enjoys a skyline view of downtown Kansas City.

We were responsible for adapting Pottery Barn’s prototypical architecture to meet development standards, construction documentation, and construction administration at Town Center Plaza, one of Leawood’s premier shopping destinations. The center was at full build-out at the onset of the project, so we went through the entitlement process to negotiate the additional out parcel.

Klover Architects perform full-scope architectural services for Verizon Wireless. We adapt the prototype design to meet specific site/location requirements, handle bidding and permitting and take care of construction administration for projects nationally.

Klover Architects is responsible for construction documentation and permitting for the Everett, Washington based Zumiez, a national retailer of specialty clothing and equipment. A new client for us in 2006, we have already completed numerous stores across the country for this forward-looking, energetic company.
