The sloping site provides ground-level entrances for office suites located above upscale retailers. The detailed lifestyle center includes protected arcade walkways, colorful awnings, and tower elements at nodes of interest, gathering spaces, and access locations.

Landscaping and distinctive fountains define an intimate gathering space at the project's center. Appealing architecture and public spaces evoke a 'main street' ambiance. Main Street Village has become a premier shopping and dining destination.

This nine-acre development uses a blend of traditional and modern architectural design elements to create a warm and familiar streetscape setting for patrons to shop and do business. Entrances feature strong vertical pilasters and a mixture of flat, corniced, and hipped roof elements. The buildings facades are articulated with brick and stone veneers. The streetscape is enhanced with multiple surface textures and features plaza areas with fountains and rich landscaping.

The 'U'-shaped Oak Brook Promenade blends an eclectic mix of European architectural styles with modern convenience to create the feel of a village square. This unique shopping experience is enhanced with fine dining and upper-level office suites. Stylish kiosks and freestanding archways direct pedestrian and vehicular movement around the center, which includes a previously existing 88,000 sf below-grade parking structure.

Lush landscaping and tasteful sculpture accent the timeless prairie-style architecture and ground the structures naturally. Located on a highly traveled intersection in Olathe, Kansas, Prairie Trails West provides the community with a welcome retreat from the scale and atmosphere typical of larger retail developments.

The Shops at Boardwalk is a high-end retail center that is pedestrian-friendly with highly articulated pathways and landscaped plazas to enhance the shopping experience. The facade is architecturally defined with tower elements and the staggering of individual storefronts, providing identity for tenants and visual relief for shoppers.
